At Atlas, training is part of the job. We have in house, at home, and on-the-job training, since the beginning of our company. We provide a culture of expertise and excellence; it is how we define ourselves as a company. Our trainings are constantly evolving to accommodate new challenges and support a culture of learning that ensures our employees are highly skilled and able to diagnose and treat every property owner’s needs.

We do this because Atlas is an organization committed to providing solutions. Our trainings cover biological sciences, safety, tree, and plant care and management techniques. We significantly invest in training our teams to ensure the best techniques are used consistently at every job site, every time.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Atlas employees were busy honing their skills.

Every month we have an in-house two-hour training module to promote safety, hazard control and accident prevention.
